After experiencing the life-changing power of a clean, primarily plant-based diet, I started this practice to help others feel as good as I do. As a health coach, my mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your health and wellbeing.

My journey

My passion for the culinary arts began when I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in 2013. After having my third child, I transitioned to a primarily plant-based diet and embraced clean eating habits, which inspired me to start running cooking classes to share my expertise and enthusiasm with others. In 2017, I earned my first health coaching certificate, allowing me to merge my love for cooking with my dedication to helping others lead healthier lives. To reach an even broader audience, I launched the Nutrition Eatingo app in 2020, which now aids thousands of people daily in making healthier food choices and enhancing their overall well-being.

As a health coach, my mission is to help you look and feel your best by guiding you on how and what to eat, and providing tips and strategies I’ve acquired over the years. If you’re overwhelmed or unsure about where to start your journey to a healthier life, I’m here to help.

I offer guidance, support, and accountability to assist you in identifying your health goals, creating a realistic plan to achieve them, and taking control of your health and prosperity. Even if you have received guidance from a healthcare professional, a health coach can complement your doctor’s advice by offering additional support and personalized guidance.

I adopt a holistic approach to health, taking into account all aspects of my clients’ lives, including diet, exercise routine, sleep habits, and stress levels.
