My passion for the culinary arts began when I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in 2013. After having my third child, I transitioned to a primarily plant-based diet and embraced clean eating habits, which inspired me to start running cooking classes to share my expertise and enthusiasm with others. In 2017, I earned my first health coaching certificate, allowing me to merge my love for cooking with my dedication to helping others lead healthier lives. To reach an even broader audience, I launched the Nutrition Eatingo app in 2020, which now aids thousands of people daily in making healthier food choices and enhancing their overall well-being.
